What a way to celebrate National Ice Cream Day, but with easy homemade ice cream recipe. We were in amazement that this recipe didn't require an ice cream machine, it is dairy-free and was another way to eat Cinnamon Almond butter.
Dairy-free ice creams opens the door for any one to have ice cream regardless of dietary restrictions. Ice cream is one of those meals that can customizable and is indulgent. We all deserve to treat ourselves. We adapted Beaming Baker 's recipe by using our Cinnamon Almond butter, adding a depth of flavor and #yumminess.
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Cinnamon Almond butter
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
3-4 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
