Hiring new teammates is a very important process that takes a lot of time and attention. Our process is very different than what you are used to, while it helps to increase our chances of a happy and successful addition to our team. It is important to us that you have a memorable and fun PB Love Experience during your application journey.
STEP 1
Committing to interview #1, The PB Love Social.
The PB Love Social: A sort of ‘group interview’ happy hour. This will be a very relaxed event, and the purpose of the Social is to see how you might engage with your fellow applicants and give you details of our company's expectations. After, the choice will be yours if you’d like to continue with your application. There will small bites, booze, music, and non-alcoholic options provided in a ‘hip’ atmosphere. Let’s get to know each other!
STEP 2
Attend PB Love Social and register for second interview

Relax, enjoy the food and drink, and engage! Listen to a short demo from founder, Mario Esparza. At 5:30 p.m. you will be given the opportunity to register for a second interview should you want to move forward with PB Love.
We encourage you to stay till the end of our Social, but after you register for a 2nd interview you may leave.
STEP 3
Second interview (20 - 30 minute blocks, pre-registered)

9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

** Applicants will be contacted by 8 p.m. of the 23rd to schedule a 3rd interview; given in 20 - 45 minute blocks on April 30th.
STEP 4
Third interview (20 - 45 minute blocks)

The Plant (PB Love’s home)
**You will be contacted by 8 p.m. that day notifying you if the job is yours or not.
STEP 5
Day one, group on-boarding and orientation.
